Yr6 Danbury Visit

Danbury Residential Year 6 (8th to10th October 2018)

The children enjoyed a three day trip to Danbury Outdoor Centre where they participated in lots of exciting new activities. The children enjoyed canoeing along the River Chelmer in the glorious October sunshine, even though there were a few swimmers! The children also faced the challenges of zip lining, aerial trekking, climbing, orienteering and talking the obstacle course. The experience of being away from home was incredibly valuable for most students and the support and encouragement they gave each other in challenging and daunting situations is something they can bring back to daily school life.
