Learning for Life

At Goodmayes Primary School we recognise that Learning for Life education enables our children to become healthy, independent and responsible members of society. It is therefore paramount that all of our children are able to play an active role in society and that they are provided with every opportunity to ensure they develop lifelong skills and traits that will support them in their future. Our aim is to ensure that all children develop long lasting confidence, as well as being able to articulate their thoughts, ideas and opinions clearly to others. We want to ensure that our pupils maintain lasting skills and attributes to keep themselves healthy and safe in all settings, both familiar and unfamiliar. We promote respect, towards all beliefs, religions, cultures as well as individual life choices. It is essential that we encourage children to aim high, believe in themselves and ultimately, realise that anything is possible.
