Pupils must not come to school wearing sportswear or clothing featuring large logos, cartoon characters or similar designs. All clothing should be clearly marked with your child’s name.

Jewellery should not be worn to school. If a child does have pierced ears, the only earrings to be worn are studs, which should be removed on PE days, and preferably left at home; otherwise, the child will be expected to remove and replace his or her own earrings. Parents must send in a letter agreeing to this.  Children may wear watches but must take full responsibility for them. Nail varnish and make-up must not be worn to school.

PE Clothing

Children should attend school in their PE kit on their allocated PE days. The PE kit should consist of:

• White PE T-shirt
• Black PE shorts or black jogging bottoms
• Black plimsolls or trainers without logos

Please speak to your child’s class teacher if you are unsure which days PE takes place.

School Bags

Children are required to use the official school book bag for carrying books and reading materials between home and school. Rucksacks and large backpacks are not permitted
